Learn with me
This is where you’ll find my workshops, courses, and podcasts - a collection of learning tools designed to support deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and more conscious connection. Whether you’re exploring these on your own or alongside one-to-one work, my hope is that these resources offer insight, language, and reflection for wherever you are in your journey.

I host live workshops and talks on psychology, relationship anarchy, polyamory, and personal growth - usually 45–60 minutes, often followed by a recorded Q&A. These sessions offer depth, language, and practical insight for anyone wanting to understand themselves and their relationships more consciously.

How to Have Difficult Conversations is a transformative group coaching programme designed to help you communicate with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Over several weeks, Elizabeth Cunningham and I guide you through the conversations most people avoid - whether they’re about boundaries, needs, relationships, identity, or the parts of yourself that feel hardest to voice.
The programme combines:
a structured video course you can move through at your own pace
weekly live group coaching sessions led by both of us
a workbook to help you integrate the learning into your real-life relationships
a supportive group environment that makes the work feel held rather than overwhelming
Participants consistently describe the programme as grounding, empowering, and genuinely life-changing - not because we give scripts to memorise, but because we teach you how to show up differently.
We run this course once a year, and places are limited to keep the group intimate and supportive. If you’d like to be among the first to hear when the next round opens, sign up to my newsletter.

All the Love is where I team up with Elizabeth Cunningham to talk through your real-life relationship challenges - especially around communication, connection, and conflict as non-monogamous, queer folks.
Each episode, we take one listener’s story and unpack it together, offering coaching, insight, and tools to support more honest, compassionate relating.
This podcast is rooted in the belief that you don’t have to navigate the hard stuff alone. Whether you’re in the thick of a tough conversation or just trying to love better, we’re here with you.
Got a story to share? Submit it and we might feature it on a future episode.

Autonomise is a space where Jax Richardson and I explore the lifelong work of becoming more fully ourselves. Each episode is a deep dive into a core concept from Transactional Analysis - script, ego states, drivers, games, relational patterns - and how these ideas show up in real life.
Together, we think aloud, reflect on our own processes, and ask the questions that help us move closer to true autonomy: greater awareness, more spontaneity, and a deeper capacity for intimacy.
This is a podcast for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, unlearn the patterns that keep them stuck, and grow into a more self-directed, self-authored way of living. If you’re curious about Transactional Analysis, psychology, relationships, or your own inner landscape, you’re very welcome here.
